Update your Bluetooth drivers

While upgrading Windows 10 chances are there those Bluetooth drivers may be broken or missing or they simply get mismatched after the update is over. You can easily update the suitable drivers for Bluetooth/wireless devices with the help of Device Manager as given below

Press- Win + X and then choose- Device Manager

Expand the category – Bluetooth and then find your – Bluetooth devices

Once you locate your Bluetooth device just right click it and select- Update Driver Software

Select- Search automatically for updated driver software

Check if your Bluetooth devices are connected to your PC properly

Before you update any drivers to fix the issues related to Bluetooth devices, ensure that Bluetooth devices are turned- ON both on your computer and Bluetooth devices. Let the wireless devices connect to the computer properly. Here is how you can do it.

Head to – Start – Settings—Devices—Bluetooth

Look towards right side to check the pane and ensure Bluetooth is turned- ON and click- More Bluetooth options

Check the box – ‘Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer’

Check if you can see the Bluetooth device you want to connect appears. If you cannot see you need to upgrade the drivers first.

Delete & Repair your Bluetooth devices

If the above two solutions do not work for you, then try removing it and then re-insert.

Search for – Control Panel –Hardware and Sound—Bluetooth Devices

Search for your faulty wireless devices and then choose- Delete/Remove.

Tick the checkbox- My device is ready to be found and then click- Next

Once you locate your Bluetooth device, select it and click- Next
