Head to – Start – Settings—Devices—Bluetooth

Look towards right side to check the pane and ensure Bluetooth is turned- ON and click- More Bluetooth options

Check the box – ‘Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer’

Check if you can see the Bluetooth device you want to connect appears. If you cannot see you need to upgrade the drivers first.

Delete & Repair your Bluetooth devices

If the above two solutions do not work for you, then try removing it and then re-insert.

Search for – Control Panel –Hardware and Sound—Bluetooth Devices

Search for your faulty wireless devices and then choose- Delete/Remove.

Tick the checkbox- My device is ready to be found and then click- Next

Once you locate your Bluetooth device, select it and click- Next
